Introducing my vegan oatmeal milk bath. This milk bath is made with coconut milk and has many skin-soothing benefits. I use colloidal oatmeal in the ingredients which is known to contain anti-inflammatory properties. All my milk baths are 12 ounces of relaxing calm in a bottle. I like to use a milk bath to unwind after a long day. I just add about a 1/4 cup to my bath water, and soak for about 15 minutes. Milk baths are known to hydrate and soothe the skin. I make them only with the basics and no preservatives.
